Patient Prioritization (Triage)
The third task is performing the situation recognition and patient prioritization in the form of a triage, whereby the data is first trained to prioritize which patient is either in the normal, stable, critical or emergecy situation so they can be assisted first and so on.
Security & Confidentiality
Then second task brings about security to the transmitted data as it is transmitted from the sensors to the database via gateway. Applying the cryptography algorithm to convert the original data to ciphertext during this transmission so it can reach the database secured and confidetial.
Sensing & Communication
This part of the project is using body sensor devices to collect vital signs (such as blood pressure, pulse, spo2, etc.) from the patient body, then using communication protocol to transmit the data collected to an andorid device (of which in this case is a tablet) as a gateway whereby data is temporarily stored to be transmitted to the database.
Project
Participatory Healthcare System consists of three different tasks which are different but interrelated to each other. The main aim of this project is to improve healthcare system using a participatory approach, and all the task included each have a specific role that will help to achieve the way healthcare institutes perform. Below are these three tasks explained.
Note: The focus for this website is the second task.
